Pebble blossomed out of my own habitual collecting. As a furniture designer, my life orbits around expressions for form, the best of which are often found.
Jewelry has become a bridge between my love of collecting and background in design. I found jewelry a more accessible design object to collect than furniture, with similar appreciations and stylistic parallels throughout design moments. Both in conversation with the human body.
Every piece of silver that finds its way into the pebble collection has been thoroughly identified, researched, measured, weighed, and polished. These are all vintage objects, and come with natural indications of their past lives. Despite these small indications of time, no item is ever listed with broken hardware or in an unwearable state. New Jewelry drops will occur every other month, allowing time in between to collect!
